On-site phone systems
If your phone system lives in a closet or a rack in your building, we can install, program, expand, and repair it. We work on all the major brands, including Avaya, NEC, Panasonic, Samsung, Cisco, Comdial, and Grandstream.
Replacing an entire system isn't always the right answer. When a handset or card fails on an otherwise healthy system, we can usually supply a refurbished part and keep it going for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
- New and refurbished systems, handsets, and cards
- System programming and rebuilds
- Adding, moving, and changing extensions
- Repairs on systems installed by other vendors
Hosted VoIP and SIP trunks
We provide hosted phone service and SIP trunking with our partner StratoSwitch. With hosted VoIP the phone system runs in the cloud, so there is no on-site equipment to maintain, and extensions work the same from the office, a second location, or someone's home. SIP trunks can also replace the phone lines on a system you already own.
We still do the on-site work ourselves: cabling, network setup, installing and configuring the phones, and support after you go live.
- Hosted PBX and cloud extensions
- SIP trunks for existing phone systems
- Phones for remote and home workers
- Porting your existing phone numbers
Voicemail and auto attendants
We set up the call menus that greet your callers and send them to the right person or department, along with voicemail boxes, greetings, after-hours and holiday routing, and voicemail to email on systems that support it.
Replacing an old phone system
When a system reaches end of life, we plan the cutover so your numbers, extensions, and voicemail boxes carry over. If the switch needs to happen outside business hours, we schedule it that way.
Call accounting
Call reports show volume, duration, and destination by extension or department. They're useful if you bill phone time back to clients, or if you need to know whether you have enough lines.
Headsets
We supply wired and wireless headsets, including Plantronics, and make sure they work with the phones you actually have. Matching the headset to the handset is where most headset purchases go wrong.
Common questions
Will you work on a phone system another company installed?
Yes. Much of our service work is on systems we didn't install. The first step is finding out exactly what's in the closet and how it's programmed.
Should we replace our system or move to hosted VoIP?
It depends mostly on how many locations you have, whether people work remotely, and how old your current equipment is. We'll lay out the cost of both options.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Numbers can be ported to hosted service, and a replacement on-site system keeps the same lines.
