Details that get you a faster answer
You do not need any of this to call — but if you have it to hand, it saves a round trip.
- The make and model on the side of the phone or the equipment in the rack.
- Roughly how many phones, drops, or speakers are involved.
- The site address, and whether it is occupied or still under construction.
- A photo of the equipment room — often worth more than a long description.
- What it is doing wrong, and when it started.
Email attachments are welcome — floor plans, photos, or a copy of a quote you want a second opinion on.
